IIHMR University to Bring Unheard Voices and Overlooked Ideas to the Fore at TEDxIIHMR U 2026

 

 

Jaipur, Aug 19: IIHMR Startups, under the aegis of IIHMR University, will host the 4th edition of TEDxIIHMR U on Friday, 21 August 2026, at IIHMR University, Jaipur. Themed “Ignite the Unseen,” this year’s edition will spotlight overlooked ideas, individuals, and efforts that quietly create meaningful change. Registrations for the event are now open.

The speaker lineup brings together voices from diverse fields, including Dr. Mallika Sarabhai, Padma Bhushan recipient and Director of Darpana Academy; Dr. Shibu Vijayan, Chief Medical Officer for Global Health at Qure.ai; Mr. Om Prakash Gurjar, 2006 International Children’s Peace Prize laureate and founder of Paathshala Trust; Ms. Gauri Yadwadkar, Lead at Roundglass Music and a singer, composer and musicologist; Mr. R. Udayan Lahiry, entrepreneur, wildlife conservationist and former Managing Director of the Medica Group of Hospitals; and Mr. Prateek Madhav, National Award-winning disability rights advocate and CEO & Co-founder of ATF.

The event will also feature a performance by Mr. Abhishek Mudgal and his team. Mr. Mudgal is Stage Manager at the National School of Drama, Delhi, and founder of Rang Mastaaney.

Speaking about the edition, Ms. Yamini Agarwal & Dr. P.R. Sodani said, “The stories we tend to overlook are often the ones that matter most. Through TEDxIIHMR U, we aim to create a platform for ideas and individuals that deserve to be heard.”
