New Delhi, Sept 14, 2025: Ayurveda, India’s ancient system of healing, is gaining attention in modern wellness circles for its holistic approach to balancing emotions through the connection between the mind and body. Experts say that emotional health is not separate from physical health, and disturbances in one can directly affect the other.

According to Ayurveda, the state of well-being—referred to as Swasthya—is achieved when the mind, body, and spirit are in harmony. This balance is influenced by biological energies, known as doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—and mental qualities, or gunas.
