Mumbai, 16th September, 2026: UnMathX, the phygital mathematics experience ecosystem under UXOL Ventures Pvt. Ltd., is rolling out its flagship offering, Math Museum, to schools nationwide. The program takes mathematics beyond the classroom by transforming existing school spaces into hands-on learning environments. Partner schools, with the help of Math Museum, will see record 100+ hours of reduction in screen- based instruction annually.
UnMathX aims to deploy the Math Museum across 100+ schools in India by Academic Year 2026-27, with a longer-term goal of reaching 1,500 schools by 2030.
Rethinking Mathematics Learning
Traditional school mathematics often relies on dedicated labs and scheduled sessions. The Math Museum brings mathematical concepts into spaces students already use and visualise, like corridors and staircases to sports grounds and canteens. By making the campus a part of the curriculum, the Math Museum creates regular opportunities to see and apply mathematics in familiar surroundings.
The approach is particularly relevant against the continuing mathematics learning gap. ASER 2024 reports that only 45.8% of Class 8 students in India can solve a basic arithmetic problem. The program seeks to address this by changing how students encounter mathematics by making it more visible, familiar, and experiential.
Localise, Visualise and Experience
Localise: Each Math Museum is customised to the school through a spatial audit, with curriculum-linked mathematical hotspots mapped onto the existing school infrastructure. By using the school as the foundation, mathematics becomes part of an environment that is already familiar and readily accessible to students and teachers. This allows concepts to be connected to spaces students already know and interact with, making mathematics more relevant to their immediate surroundings.
Visualise: Concepts become part of the school environment, allowing students to see and recognise how mathematics is used across the campus. This makes abstract concepts more visible and easier to connect with their everyday surroundings.
Experience: The Math Museum functions as an active teaching space, with QR markers linking teachers to curriculum-aligned lesson guides and activity blueprints. Teachers also receive pedagogical training during the five-day implementation period, equipping them to use these spaces as part of their teaching.
A Measurable Shift Away from Screens
UnMathX claims that once deployed in schools, they can successfully reduce the in- school screen-based learning by a significant 100+ hours annually. The hands-on learning program enables teachers to use alternative ways for delivering concept clarity, application, and revision, making screens supplementary rather than the primary medium for instruction.

Building a Nationwide Network
Designed for Classes 1- 10, the Math Museum can be deployed independently or as part of UnMathX’s three-year Phygital Xperience Ecosystem. Each implementation is completed in five days, followed by six months of teacher support.
