THG India Signs YUNG SAMMY, ARMA and Sixth Ocean to Exclusive Global Management

Mumbai, Oct 05th: THG India has expanded its exclusive global management roster with the signing of YUNG SAMMY, ARMA and Sixth Ocean, bringing three distinct artist propositions into its growing management business.

Nigerian-born, Delhi-raised rapper YUNG SAMMY is building towards a sound connecting India, Africa and the UK. ARMA represents a new generation of entirely self-contained artists, working across songwriting, performance, production, engineering and visual creation. Mumbai-based DJ and producer Sixth Ocean joins after building significant credibility within the international electronic music circuit.

Taylor Jones, CEO, The Hello Group, says:  “Sammy, ARMA and Sixth Ocean have each built momentum in completely different ways, and that is exactly what makes these signings exciting. Sammy has an identity that naturally connects cultures, ARMA has an extraordinary ability to create across almost every part of the artistic process, and Sixth Ocean has already earned genuine recognition within the international electronic music community.

“Our job is not to put them through the same system. It is to understand what makes each artist exceptional and build the right global infrastructure around that.”

YUNG SAMMY: Building an Afro-Indian sound for the world

Born in Nigeria and raised in Delhi NCR, YUNG SAMMY has developed a multilingual rap style shaped by Indian hip-hop, global rap and his Nigerian roots. His breakout with “4 X 4” was followed by appearances on international platforms including Charlie Sloth’s Fire in the Booth in London and On The Radar in New York, while Rolling Stone India named him among its Future of Music artists in 2025.

His latest 10-track album, ONE OF A KIND, released through T-Series, features Raga, Calm, Wazir Patar, SAMBATA, MC SQUARE, YUNG DSA, Bhadrankar and Fijiana.

“After ONE OF A KIND, the goal is to take the next project international,” says YUNG SAMMY. “I want to connect with more African artists, especially artists from the UK and across Africa, and really explore a cross-cultural sound.”

With THG India, Sammy will now build further towards an Afro-Indian creative identity, alongside the continued development of his music, collaborations and live show for audiences in India and internationally.

ARMA: A new-generation artist who builds it all himself

ARMA represents an increasingly rare kind of modern artist: one capable of creating almost every part of his own musical world.

A singer-songwriter, rapper and producer, his skill set extends into beatboxing, percussive guitar, mixing and mastering, photography, videography and editing. His original catalogue, including releases such as “Higher,” “Galactic” and “Kar Di Na,” moves between melodic songwriting, contemporary production and technically intricate rap.

That creative independence has also driven unusual experiments. ARMA previously challenged himself to create and release 28 songs in 28 days, with distribution handled by Warner Music UK.

More recently, his multilingual reinterpretation of “Chammak Challo” gained major traction across social media and ultimately evolved into an official release through T-Series. On “Chammak Challo (Multilingual Version),” ARMA appears alongside Akon, Hamsika Iyer, Vishal Dadlani and Vishal-Shekhar, with credits spanning vocals, lyrics, music, remixing and remastering.

With THG India, the focus will now be on taking that unusually self-contained creative ability and building a larger artist proposition around his original music, live performance and global development.

Sixth Ocean: From global DJ support to a bigger international chapter

Mumbai-based DJ and producer Sixth Ocean has built his reputation through melodic house and techno, with his music receiving support from leading international electronic artists including ARGY, John Summit, Korolova, Gordo, Massano and others.

His remix of “Fanaa” has been played by Korolova, John Summit and Gordo, while both Korolova and John Summit have brought Sixth Ocean onstage during sets featuring his music.

His live journey has developed alongside that artist support, with Sixth Ocean performing support and warm-up sets around shows featuring international artists including Eric Prydz, ARTBAT, Korolova and Massano.

In 2025, he released “Kraken” through Captive Soul, the label founded by Korolova, adding an international label release to a catalogue already circulating among some of electronic music’s most recognised artists.

Having built that foundation in melodic house and techno, Sixth Ocean is now entering the next phase of the project with an increasingly house-led creative direction, alongside plans to expand his original music and live footprint internationally with THG India.

Three artists, three different paths

The addition of YUNG SAMMY, ARMA and Sixth Ocean reflects THG India’s approach to artist development: identifying talent through creative identity and evidence of potential rather than one conventional career path.

For Sammy, that opportunity comes through a naturally cross-cultural story connecting India and Africa. For ARMA, it lies in an unusually complete set of creative capabilities and the ability to turn independent ideas into mainstream moments. For Sixth Ocean, it comes through international artist support and credibility already earned within the global electronic music community.

THG India will manage all three artists under exclusive global management, developing individual strategies around their music, live careers and international growth.
