StoreMyGoods expands its warehouse facilities across six cities, taking storage capacity to 4 lakh sq. ft.

28th October 2026: StoreMyGoods, an organised storage company, has added 1.5 lakh sq. ft. of warehouse space over the last two months, taking its total storage capacity to 4 lakh sq. ft. The company has opened new leased facilities in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram and Noida, where it already operates, to keep up with rising demand. It has also entered Chennai.

The new facilities will enable Store My Goods to scale its existing operations and expand its reach across key markets, allowing it to serve a wider base of individual and business customers. Strategically located in well-connected areas, the warehouses will improve accessibility and help businesses manage inventory fluctuations, seasonal demand and growing storage requirements more efficiently. The additional capacity will also support the company in reaching new customers and strengthening its presence in these cities.

Security and efficient inventory management remain central to the company’s storage operations. Most of the new facilities are situated within gated compounds and feature a combination of manual supervision and technology-enabled surveillance. Store My Goods also leverages digital inventory tracking to provide greater visibility and control over stored items. Going forward, the company plans to develop more customer-friendly warehouse environments, with designated areas exclusively for customers, further enhancing the overall storage experience.

Sudeep Gupta, Founder, StoreMyGoods, said, “Demand in our existing cities has grown faster than we had projected, prompting us to revise our expansion plans. With increasing mobility and shrinking urban spaces, more people are looking for safe and reliable storage solutions. We are exploring new cities to make organised storage more accessible and cater to these evolving needs.

The largely unorganised storage market is also seeing a growing preference for secure, organised facilities. Our customer portal enables item-level tracking, offering greater visibility and peace of mind. At the same time, the growth of small businesses under initiatives such as Make in India has created a need for flexible storage options, particularly for businesses that may not have the resources to maintain their own warehouses. We aim to cater to storage requirements of businesses of all sizes, alongside individual customers.”

The expansion is part of the company’s plan to grow its network across India. StoreMyGoods aims to operate more than 10 lakh sq. ft. of storage space by FY 29, considering the past growth trends and the growth with evolving needs.
