Mumbai, Aug 19: Nykaa’s next chapter is being written with Gen Z at the centre. From shaping beauty trends and influencing culture to redefining how brands engage with them, this generation is moving from being an audience to becoming active participants in the brands they connect with.
With ‘Be The Face of Nykaa’, Nykaa is taking that idea a step further, opening up its world to Gen Z and inviting 18–26-year-olds across India to submit their GRWMs for a chance to become one of three Faces of Nykaa.
What starts with a GRWM could go much further: an internship at Nykaa, a starring role in a brand campaign, access to 1,800+ beauty brands and an opportunity to help shape what the brand creates next.
And this is far more than a typical brand ambassador opportunity.
The three winners will get to live the Nykaa experience for an entire year, with an internship at the company and opportunities to be part of its content, campaigns and experiences. They could find themselves featuring across Nykaa’s platforms and retail ecosystem, alongside some of the brand’s biggest faces, including Deepika Padukone, while getting a behind-the-scenes look at how one of India’s leading beauty brands comes to life.
For the beauty lovers, there’s plenty to look forward to. The three Faces will get access to their favourite makeup, skincare and haircare products from Nykaa’s expansive beauty portfolio along with personalised consultations with leading hair, skin and makeup artists. They will also get access to Nykaa events and experiences throughout the year.
Nykaa will also take the campaign offline with pop-ups across colleges in Mumbai and Delhi, giving students the chance to step into the spotlight and experience what it means to be the Face of Nykaa.
With ‘Be The Face of Nykaa’, three young beauty enthusiasts get the chance to do more than represent the brand, they get to create with it, experience it and have a say in what comes next.
Your GRWM could be the start of something much bigger.
Entries are open until 15 October 2026.
