Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse Strengthens Leadership Team with Three Promotions

July 9: Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse has announced the promotion of three team members into key leadership roles, reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to nurturing talent from within and building the next generation of hospitality leaders. Tanushree Paul has been promoted to Front Office Manager, Kaustav Bhattacharjee to Executive Housekeeper, and Santhosh Ramanna to Director of Engineering.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Promoted from Assistant Front Office Manager, Tanushree Paul has built a reputation as a calm, dependable leader focused on seamless guest experiences and team motivation. A Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology graduate from NSHM School of Hotel Management, she joined the hotel in June 2023 and has progressed quickly through her guest-first approach and consistent performance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kaustav Bhattacharjee has been elevated from Housekeeping Manager to Executive Housekeeper after consistently strengthening service standards across the hotel’s housekeeping function. His guest-focused initiative, Small Acts of Kindness, encourages personalised service through thoughtful gestures that create memorable guest experiences. A Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration graduate from IHM Guwahati, Kaustav was also honoured with the Clean Warrior Honours by World of Hospitality for his contribution to the HORECA industry.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Santhosh Ramanna has been promoted from Chief Engineer to Director of Engineering, recognising his role in strengthening the hotel’s engineering operations, maintenance standards and asset upkeep. His commitment to operational reliability earned him the Best Upkeep and Maintenance Award for Hotels from Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited in 2025. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from KSOU Mysore.
