The flex space operator is adding more than 3.6 lakh sq. ft. of workspace and 8,000+ seats to its national portfolio in a single phase, comprising ready-to-use workspaces and built-to-suit managed office offerings. The expansion marks a significant step in strengthening 91Springboard’s national portfolio network to 49 hubs across nine cities, with a national portfolio of ~21 lakh sq. ft. and ~42,000 seats.

According to a recent industry report, flex accounted for 27% of office leasing across India’s top seven cities in H1 2026, while GCCs accounted for 41.7% of leasing during the same period. As enterprise growth becomes increasingly multi-city, with businesses and GCCs expanding across a wider set of markets, workspace is becoming an important part of the infrastructure that enables this growth, a shift reflected in 91Springboard’s latest additions.
