BENGALURU, Dec 1:- Happiest Health is thrilled to announce the return of its flagship event, the âGet Set, Grow! Childrenâs Wellness Summitâ, now in its third season. Scheduled for Saturday, December 6, 2025, at St. Johnâs Auditorium, Koramangala, this yearâs summit promises to be bigger and more engaging, catering to children aged 5 to 14 years.
Following two successful seasons that helped parents creatively connect with their children, Season 3 is designed to "crank up the fun" with interactive activities that spark curiosity, foster creativity, and promote holistic well-being. The event runs from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM (with registration beginning at 9:30 AM).
Tackling Key Wellness Issues A highlight of the 2025 summit is a critical Fireside Chat titled âChildren and Obesity: A Growing Concern and Ways to Tackle It,â moderated by Sunitha Rao Senior Editor, Happiest Health and featuring Dr. Shivaram HV, Senior Consultant Surgeon at Aster RV Hospital. This session aims to provide parents with actionable insights into one of the most pressing health challenges facing children today.
Highlighting the urgency of the matter, Raghu Krishnan, Co-Chief Executive Officer, Knowledge, Happiest Health, said;
âIndia is witnessing a gradual but concerning rise in childhood obesity. The emphasis now must shift from awareness to adoption of healthier behaviors, balanced nutrition, active play, and moderated screen exposure. With this summit, Happiest Health seeks to provide families with practical guidance and a supportive environment to help children build sustainable wellness habits.â
Ravi Joshi, Co-Chief Executive Officer, Knowledge, Happiest Health said;

The âGet Set, Grow!â Summit reflects this commitment by creating a space where children can learn, play, and discover healthier habits in the most engaging way. As we enter Season 3, our focus is on empowering parents and children with experiences that build confidence, curiosity, and lifelong well-being. We believe wellness is not taught it is lived, and this summit helps families begin that journey together.â
Unleashing Creativity and Imagination The summit goes beyond physical health to nurture the mind and creative spirit through expert-led workshops:
